We tend to try and solve life rather than live it. It is a puzzle to be mastered that contains so many moving parts that it is difficult to manage everything. If only we could get all the pieces aligned. Then we can relax and be happy. The solution is out there somewhere, if we can just figure out how to get it done.

There always seems to be something out of place or not good enough. Satisfaction seems just out of our grasp, and if we do manage to catch it, the experience is fleeting. There is more to accomplish. We just have to somehow make it happen, if we can just figure out how to get it done.

It is stressful to create all these pictures of what we think we need to make our lives work ...this trial and error approach to happiness. Always convinced that our next plan, our next idea, will get us there, or maybe it just needs a little tweek.  There is surely something we can do, if we can just figure out how to get it done.

We are often on our own. It is up to us to really make it happen. That becomes a daunting task which then becomes more difficult. We begin to feel isolated, alone and overwhelmed. There is so much to do, if we can just figure out how to get it done.

All this figuring is exhausting. Breathe in and experience how that all feels inside.

Now, consider the possibility that there is a part of you that knows.

Consider, for a moment, that you are not alone, and you have unlimited resources.

Breathe in this new piece...I am not alone, I have unlimited resources, I know what to do. How does that experience feel inside?

Maybe you don't believe it. Just imagine for a moment it is true and breathe it all in.

It is possible that there is a rhythm and flow to life that we have lost our sensitivity to because we are occupied with our puzzle. This different way, this knowledge, this way of being, has been around long before the mystic Rumi ever expounded upon it. There is a great secret here for anyone who can grasp it.

We can walk that path back to yourself. Schedule a complimentary coach call and let's talk about it.
